Kotak Charitable Foundation has partnered with Amrish Shinde Badminton Academy at 7Sports Academy and initiated a program, Badminton Elite Professional Program (BEPP).

BEPP is run fully under the expert and Professional supervision and execution and implementation by Amrish Shinde and his team of Professionals. BEPP have selected few talented and hardworking players, most of these players, are from an ordinary middle or lower middle-class family bag round, for whom badminton is a luxury to play as a sport and taking as a career is like the wildest dream on a sunny day. These players from the age group of 11-20 years train at this High Performing professional Badminton academy at 7Sports in Anand, Gujarat.

Introduction of Amrish Shinde

Amrish Shinde born in Mumbai and brought up in Thane, Maharashtra is a former India player and represented India in various International Tournaments in Asia and Europe since 1991 to 1999.

Recipient of the prestigious “Shiv Chhatrapati Award” the highest sports award for a sportsman from Maharashtra.

Badminton Elite Professional Program

Badminton as a sport in Anand, Gujarat was lacking a High-Performance Professional outlook. So, Kotak Charitable foundation decided to take the initiative to bring this facility within the reach of every talented player from Gujarat and other parts of the country. Taking this initiative forward, Kotak Charitable Foundation partnered for the Badminton Elite Professional Program being run under the able guidance and supervision of former India player and Senior Indian Team Coach, Amrish Shinde at the Amrish Shinde Badminton Academy at 7Sports Academy in Anand, Gujarat.
